Medical tourism

Very interesting. Certainly much of the cheaper costs are due to lower wages, but I wonder what other factors account for the massive price differences? I found it particularly notable that the people in this article actually went shopping around for the best price for certain procedures -- something that you have very little incentive to do with health insurance.
