Iraq reports

Interesting first-hand report out of Iraq. The mention of U.S. tactics -- both in battle and more strategically by exploiting tribal loyalties and using the ink-spot policy -- seems encouraging.

I also notice that Sunnis are complaining about U.S./Iraqi military operations, saying that they may depress turnout in the elections next month. I wonder if this is the case or that this is just a sign of how effective the campaign is.
