This morning, I swear, I saw a homeless guy -- or at least that's what he claimed -- roll up to a corner on his skateboard and then pull out a cardboard sign asking for change. Thing is, I actually saw him last week and some lady stopped to give money. Talk about dumb.
Anyway, here's a list that came out this week of the meanest cities in America towards the homeless. Can't believe San Francisco was among them. I'm guessing that in next year's rankings that Ft. Lauderdale will probably feature more prominently.
