Shooting on U St.

Jeez:

A 33-year-old Arlington man died early yesterday in the District after he was struck by an errant bullet fired during a dispute over a parking space outside a jazz club on U Street NW, D.C. police said.

Meanwhile there is a new condo development going up right where the shooting occurred -- 12th and U St. -- and another one about a block away where a 1 bedroom starts in the mid-$600s. Weird juxtaposition.
