Just watched the video. How utterly damning. It just lays everything out right there. I wish every legislator in this country would be forced to watch. It's so completely frustrating that the solutions are at hand -- we know what the problems are and how to fix them -- and yet people fight tooth and nail to preserve the current, broken system.
