It seems that whenever gas prices spike that we are treated to news segments in which motorists filling the tank are asked for their opinion, which more often than not consists of ranting about how oil companies are all a bunch of money-grubbing SOBs. I wonder how many news stories we will see about the plunging price of gas? How many people will thank ExxonMobil as kind-hearted CEOs?
