Stimulus prediction

Predictions are a great way to make you look foolish, but nonetheless here is mine. I think that Republicans will eventually cave on the stimulus package. Seeking to defer to the rock star that is President Obama, they will demand a few concessions of relatively little consequence that still leave the bill largely intact and then sign off in the spirit of bipartisanship. Some of this has already occurred with the contraception funding removal and $200 million for replacing sod on the national mall.

I would love to be proven wrong here but recent history would seem to indicate I will be right.
