School shootings

I meant to blog about the recent mass shootings in Germany and Alabama last week but didn't have time. The fact that they happened in both places despite very different gun laws is instructive and has been widely noted. Perhaps less well known, however, is that this is not the first time this sort of incident has occurred in Germany, or even the most deadly.
