You may recall the photo I posted earlier this month of a townhouse flying the North Korean flag. Well today I walked by the same house today and saw the following:
Yes that is a hammer and sickle with a star above, however I am not familiar with the flag.

I hadn't seen that flag either so I googled -- it's the flag of Russia in the Soviet Union: http://flagspot.net/flags/su-ru.html
