Unemployment and economic freedom II

Uncommon Cents has a follow up on my post on unemployment and economic freedom. Long story short:
In this case, the result is very convincing. The test suggests that the difference in unemployment rates between the Top 5 and Bottom 5 states is likely 1.6 points, while it could range from 2.0 to 1.19 in the wider population as only 25 samples were taken.
