Health care round up

  • David Leonhardt has a very good column on the role of medical malpractice in driving health care costs.
  • The Los Angeles Times features an interesting piece from a middle-aged health care journalist who decided not to purchase health insurance. Remember, with mandated insurance coverage this would be illegal.
  • Some Democrats are apparently upset with the deal cut between the Obama Administration and health care lobbyists.
  • Wendy Milling says the enactment of current health care reform efforts will have negative repercussions for the entire world. While I think she overstates her case she does get at an essential truth.
