  • A Massachusetts state legislator who advocated for higher sales and alcohol taxes has been caught buying liquor across the border in sales tax-free New Hampshire. I suppose no one is immune to the temptation of lower taxes.
  • One American living in Iran explains why tightening economic sanctions on the country is a bad idea. I can't really think of a single time sanctions have had their desired effect, save perhaps South Africa in the 1980s.
