Is there anything Dems think the government shouldn't regulate?
  • Sallie James calls the Obama Administration's first move in favor of expanded trade no big deal.
  • John Stossel reports new legislation to overhaul finance regulation includes a provision granting the Treasury Secretary authority to dish out a cool $4 trillion to private banks without congressional approval.
  • A recent poll found that 54 percent of Democrats favor Congressional intervention to establish a college football playoff system, versus 38 percent of Republicans. More than one-third is an awful lot from the party which professes to favor limited government.
