I agree with Kudlow, what is the point of exacting a measure such as the stimulus plan, whose opportunity cost is way higher than the perceived benefit? Ask anyone without a HS diploma if it makes sense to charge 2.3 billion dollars to 153 million people in order to help 17,500 people. Unbelievable!
