Chart of the day

One of the arguments employed by Obamacare advocates was that it would greatly reduce (eliminate?) the number of Americans filing for bankruptcy due to medical costs. Megan McArdle notes the following graph of what has transpired on the medical bankruptcy front in Massachusetts since that state's enactment of Romneycare/Obamacare Jr. four years ago:


It's almost as if big government interventions aren't a magical salve or something.
