- The Wall Street Journal has some bad news from Egypt, where it says the Muslim Brotherhood and others are taking aim at the free market. I heard the exact same message at a think-tank event yesterday, where one expert predicted loose fiscal and monetary policy, along with other populist measures, will be the order of the day.
- Obamacare update: Apparently child-only health insurance is becoming increasingly difficult to find while one program created in last year's legislation, supposed to last until 2014, has just about run out of money.
- The Economist looks at high-speed rail in China. Note the part about the poor being priced out of train travel and the increase in bus routes.
