• Commentary on Paul Ryan's budget proposal from Tad DeHaven, the Club for Growth, David Harsanyi, Chris Edwards and Nick Gillespie. The consensus seems to be that it's better than anything the left has offered up, but isn't exactly worth uncorking the champagne over.
