Anti-Americanism and class

This would seem to support my theory that anti-Americanism in Europe is something that the elites tend to indulge in far more than the working class:
In Britain, for example, 57.6 percent of those whose income are low believe that the United States has a mainly positive influence in the world, while only 37.1 percent of those whose income are high believe the same.
Also interesting, and heartening, to see the significant pro-American sentiment in India. It's comforting to have over a billion people on your side.
