The D.C. government is invoking eminent domain to confiscate properties from 16 owners so that a baseball stadium can be built for multimillionaires. Disgusting.

It's stuff like this that cracks me up when liberals claim to be for the little guy. In the Kelo vs. New London case earlier this year all of the court's liberal justices voted in favor of expanded eminent domain rights and the right-wingers voted against. The fallout of that decision is now being seen here in D.C.
