The Washington Post has a story in today's paper about a guy who was shot to death during a SWAT raid on his house for illegal gambling. Read this take from the Cato Institute.
Strange how exercised people get about alleged mistreatment of detainees at Guantanamo but there doesn't seem to be nearly the outrage over stuff like this, which I would wager is far more common (not necessarily shootings, but abuse of authority in general in regard to victimless crimes).
