More French rioting

But wait, I thought France had this big elaborate welfare state with 35 hour work weeks and what not to create a more fair and equitable society less beholden to the evils of capitalism?

Maybe Dennis Prager is on to something when he says that socialism makes people worse. Is it any coincidence that the last time there was large-scale rioting in the U.S. it was in a place with higher than average rates of welfare dependency?
