Fixing Medicare

Good point: before government takes over the health care industry how about it fixes the part it already controls?

I think the argument being advanced by the White House is that in order to fix some of the problems in Medicare, such as cost inflation, that it needs to be given broad new powers over the rest of health care. It's an argument that ought to raise a few eyebrows.
