The corporate tax

Last weekend I wrote about the corporate tax, the burden of which is borne by all of us even if we'd like to pretend that isn't the case. Megan McArdle yesterday has a couple of posts which seem to auger in favor of abolishing the tax, which sounds good to me. It's worth pointing out this would also resolve the problem of double taxation on stock dividend income.
