  • The New York Times looks at the battle over high fructose corn syrup. Remember, the only reason HFCS exists is because of government subsidies for corn and restrictions on sugar imports.
  • Health care: Michael Cannon on the false compassion of government-run health care and Peter Suderman points out the Congressional Research Service apparently isn't sure whether ObamaCare passes constitutional muster. Not that such things matter much, mind you.
  • Scott Sumner has the political right should cheer up -- at least the left now pays lip service to the need for markets. It hasn't always been that way.
