The Cato Institute's blog notes more fun with nationalized health care in Europe, highlighting a new report in the UK that slams the deplorable state of hospitals in Staffordshire. For those that retort that other countries such as in Scandinavia do a better job the Cato blog also points out that in Sweden patients are actually prohibited from buying some types of drugs because it might be unfair to those that can't afford to do so.
And remember, we don't do government very well in the U.S., having much more in common with the UK than the Scandinavians. Just take a look at Massachusetts.
